A nice place for a stay in Timisoara.

The hotel is on a quiet street, rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful, the overall feeling it is cozy. It is in fact what one expects from a hotel. It is easy to reach and near to public transport stops.

The hotel is quite far from the center for walk, although there are many other options - public transport or taxi/uber.

Good hotel, in a bit of a noisy place. There is a private parking of the hotel free of charge. The room is clean, the bathroom has all the necessary things. It takes about half an hour to walk to the center. Excellent wi-fi.

We didn't like a carpet in the room. Breakfast price can be cheaper.

Fantastic hotel

Nothing and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Adrian as he allowed me to store my luggage after checking out as I had a bus transfer later in the day.

Great art, disappointing room

I loved the art, it was incredible! And the staff was lovely, really great people! Unfortunately, the rest of my stay wasn't so great. The room had a weird smell to it and it didn't seem very clean. I didn't even have those 1-use slippers you normally get at hotels. I don't want to go nitpicking, but the beige brown color of the walls was a bit too much, it left everything feeling too heavy. Plus, it didn't help put the amazing art into focus, and that's a shame. The room was spacious though and the desk was helpful, but I'm not sure if I would return to this place. Maybe to study the paintings in more details.

I'm very disappointed!

The location of the hotel is very nice.

Very loud music in the hotel's lobby at 11:30pm (with no party or event running) and a loud group of people. We've been welcomed (not) by a young member of staff in an unprofessional way. After the check-in, I said: hopefully it is quiet up to the 4th floor, as we (family of 2 adults and 3 children) are very tired and we need to rest. His answer was: Well, I can't tell people what to do! Up we went, and we found 2 rooms with old dodgy furniture (nothing relating the pictures we've seen when we booked), the bathroom full of heavy smells due to mould in the shower cabin. There was dirty and rusty, as well. We couldn't use the shower in those conditions. Trying to sleep, the noise from the elevator was very bad, so there was no proper sleep in those rooms either. We had a long drive the next day, from Timisoara, back to England. Due to poor rest, we had lots of stops alongside. When we read "Ambassador Luxury Hotel," our expectations were: at least it would be nice and clean. But, nothing around there gives you the impression of luxury, or at least.. the air of a 4 star hotel. I'm very disappointed.

Very friendly staff and a nice decor, comfy rooms and all for a really good price. Also, the hotel has parking spaces.

Not that close to the centre of the city, but Uber is really cheap so it wasnt a problem at all.

apparently the heating get broken on our arrival day and they offer us an alternative hotel . all fine ,but the room offered in other hotel was really really small for our needs. appreciate they try to solve the issue offering us an alternative hotel but I feel they paid for a cheaper room in alternative hotel. for nearly the same money next time I will book continental hotel

Never will stay again

Nothing at all

Room was cold and halt of staff from the room specification was missing. No cattle, no sleeper, even no bath cup. They prepared a room for 3 person and put 2 covers...Milk for brekfast was cold. Water for tea missing.... Really disaster for this ammount of money. Lost of money, never come again.
