Only one little thing that i dont like is that hotel underground garage is out of service around New Year dates, but you have bunch of park space around hotel, so everything was good at the end of the day.😌

Wonderful place to stay

Room was spacious, the bed was comfy and bathroom was lovely and modern. Very clean and tidy. The location was also perfect for us as we were visiting a relative who lives on the same street. Plenty of shops nearby too.

It’s a shame that they don’t have a lift, so suitcases have to be carried up and down the stairs. The staff helped us carry ours up on arrival though which was very much appreciated.

Bad

As I came there was a party at the hotel. I have asked about it at check-in and I was assured that the party will end at 11:00 PM. However the party and the noise went on until 01:00 AM. I could not sleep until 01:00 AM because of the noise... However in the morning I was rushed out from the room at check-out since "another client is comming". Beside that, it is quite difficult to park a car around the hotel and the private parking at the hotel is only available when the reception is open.

Nice design, but couldn’t sleep until 1 am because of the noise

The room had a pleasant design and was very clean.

There was a party/wedding at the property right bellow the rooms until 1 am in the morning. The music was very loud and the walls were literally shaking. We called at the reception to ask them to give the volume lower but we were ignored. At the check in they told us that the check out will be at 12:00 and the next day they called us at 10:20 to inform us that we have to leave the room, of course, after we bearly slept because of the party/wedding. When we told the staff at the check out about our complaints they acted as if it’s normal what they did.

Hidden spot for tourists who don't need to be exactly in the city center - uber ride: 8 minutes.

First of all you can't compare it with a holiday resort in Cancun... but it is a very nice little Hotel! Everything is clean, staff is very nice and helpful, cozy beds. On the 2nd floor I think most of the rooms have a balcony towards the street or the back. Great Restaurant always full with locals and some tourists, too. Very tasty food! Internet/Wifi is free is super fast. Air conditioning is working perfectly, as well as heating.

If you have a room towards the back it can be loud, if many people are in the restaurant for an event or party (there's a terrace on ground floor). But this isn't a problem, because the windows are massive and noise-insulating. Just close them and that's it. But there might be a problem with the smell. As they have a grill to prepare the tasty food in the restaurant, the smell of grilled meat CAN disturb you - if the wind is blowing it towards the room. But also here, by closing the window you can avoid it completely. TV is small, maybe 34 inches, but I didn't use it at all.

Upscale experience at a very reasonable price

I got an upgrade because I needed to have access to my room early after taking the morning flight from Bucharest. Staff responded to my messages almost instantly and were proactive and friendly. Room had a very upscale feel to it and was quiet and very comfortable. My clients who live in Timisoara advised me to try their restaurant: they apparently cook the best 'mici' in the city - I did, and I was not disappointed!

Nu are ascensor, multe trepte de urcat la intrarea în hotel sau la accesul pe terasă, dificil pentru oameni cu probleme și cu bagaje.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Mein Motorrad durfte sicher in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte jeglichen Komfort den man benötigt. Großes Bad, Klimaanlage und Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Auf dem Balkon konnte ich die Sonne wunderbar genießen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, daher leider tagsüber ordentlich Verkehr mit Autos, wartenden Taxis und fahrenden Straßenbahnen. Bei geschlossener Balkontür konnte man allerdings gut schlafen. Nur das Hinein- und hinausfahren aus der Stadt war im Berufsverkehr sehr langwierig und nervig.
