We did not have towels available in the room and we needed to request. The bed sheets were very old. The room facilities were in a very bad shape. The place has a huge potential, just needs a bit of an investment.

Almost everything: location at a walking distance from the city center and yet very quiet, the size of the room, facilities (specially minibar), cleanliness, large parking lot.

When arriving by night it's very difficult to spot the hotel because of the large parking lot in front of it and the absence of an illuminated sign.

Excellent value for money. Really friendly & helpful staff. Perfect location for train station. Above all a good quiet undisturbed sleep being my main priority after a long day's travel.

Bed is terrible and uncomfortable, and I didn't like the artificail smell they use when they clean rooms.

When we came to the guest house, they told us that our apartment was flooded. But they found us a new apatment in other house, further from the city center. That apartment was very nice and clean, but with no extra costs for us, although it was more expensive.

Place near city center, very warm room, very kind and good personel, both guys are just great, room are very clean, with one word, everything just great. If we decide to come again in Temishvar, Casa Palace is our choice.
