The best accommodation ever in Timișoara!

That was the best accommodation ever, I’ve ever had. This TimHouse, is another lever. My room was just wow, absolutely nice, clean, cozy, comfy, and bedsheets were impeccable. The owner very friendly and polite! That’s something I’m always dreaming to have in every stay where I go. This is something you should try out!🌼🌸

Comfortable!

Because it is very possible to park for free on the street, being a quiet alley, it is a great advantage of this pension very close to the center. The price-quality ratio is unexpectedly good.

Sound insulation is almost non-existent. The smell in the bathroom of room number 6 is almost unbearable, as it does not have its own ventilation, but only an ineffective fan.

Overal great value , clean modern and amazing staff!

Amazing location , close to restaurants and the beautiful piata Victoriei. The kindest staff I have ever met, anything you might need they will take care of. I would happily stay here again.

The apartment downstairs was too hot for my likings, the unit has AC but it never cooled off. The owner did bring in another AC unit to help, they did everything they could to resolve our problem. Very happy with how the issue was taken care of, super impressed with how fast the owner offered a solution .

Perfect!

Very cool design of the place, very good location, walking distance to the center, closeby store and tram to station or city center. Common kitchen with free water and coffee. The hosts were also very nice to let us leave our luggage after check out while we were still out in the city

Perfect city stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. From the way the whole placed looked, to how clean and cozy it was. It is located very close to the city center, to the tram station and to good coffee. We would defenetly choose it again when in Timișoara.

Super

Very nice house, on a quiet street, walking distance from city center. There is public parking very cheap on the same street, we managed to find a parking place in front of the house. Very nice furniture and clean. I was totally amazed by what we found there.

Although the host left some "house rules" in each room, other tenants were not very keen to respect them. People running on the stairs (probably kids) at 7:30 in the morning, chairs dragged on the floor in the kitchen, very loud voices like they were alone and owning the place. Most probably their parents wanted to educate them on how to behave when they were kids. Unfortunately it did not work and now being grown ups they have the power to behave as they want and consider it normal.

- Location - Bath - flat design

- it was not clear to me that the apartment was underground - when I arrived the house was very humid and musty smell. - 3 times in 1 hours people came to the flat without speaking English asking to come in. They had to check the water level of the dryer. It is unacceptable be interrupting while I was sleeping. A notice trough phone call, email or app would be enough to inform me about their coming. - I found a cockroach

It was a small apartment, but it offered us what we needed. It was clean and well designed.

It was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is for all the rooms, but that was not a problem for us. Our food was untouched. We had our private bathroom and plenty of space in the room.

There was only one small window in the ceiling and and we didn’t release that the sun will shine straight into our eyes in the morning. But we spent most of our time outside, so we didn’t need huge windows.

really clean, well furnished apartment with cute attention to details. lot of space and well located.

Basement. When I booked the apartment there was no indication it was in the basement with a tiny door, difficult way to get to it and not good ventilation. I really felt the lack of air and high humidity. There was a small air purifier but without proper windows and the need to refill it in the middle of the night, it wasn’t doing much. Also there was a light that constantly turned on and off all day and night due to a broken automatic sensor , so first day I got the feeling that we constantly needed something to maintain in the apartment. Besides that , check in process could be better. If you make self check possible, it is a unconvenient to be done with a phone call, not everybody speaks english or have good network abroad, sending instructions works just fine. however the host was realy helpful with sending us wifi in advance. We didn’t mind but might be good to know… Maybe somebody doesnt mind, but it would be good to write clearly if you are renting a basement apartment, if the photos are clearly from few different apartments in the same building, it’s not the same.

Good location, clear communication about how to self-check-in, and room as expected per description and pictures.

There is a foul smell in the bathroom (probably from the shower). I recommend a deep cleaning and a freshner put it there.
