Armina's Residence

This is a great place to stay for an overnight stop or a longer stay. We were travelling with our dog, and it's very pet friendly, with pet dishes provided, and a grassy enclosed garden. There's a large patio with seating, and a balcony from our bedroom, overlooking the garden. The kitchen and adjoining dining room are huge and well equipped, with a full fridge freezer, a bean to cup coffee machine and a boiling or cold water machine. There's a downstairs shower room with a washing machine. Our suite upstairs had an adjoining dressing room and large bathroom. All in all, a very good place to stay, especially when you are the only ones there.

There were a couple of things that could be improved, although it still deserves 10 out of 10 More coffee beans needed, please - only enough for 3 espressos. Also the water quickly ran out in the boiling/cold water machine, and didn't find instructions how to fill it, although they may have been in the folder The shower head over the corner bath is leaking and spraying out, so you can't put it up in the holder without it spraying everywhere. Needs a bigger shower head - easy and cheap to fix The noise insulation isn't great...could hear dogs barking. Minor things - still loved this place

The check in procedure was super easy and user friendly, and the details were communicated clearly to us. We didn’t use the kitchen area, but it seemed clean and well maintained. There are parking spots right in front of the building.

The property has great reviews, so maybe we were a bit unlucky, but I wasn’t very pleased with the room. It could have been cleaner: the toilet seat was dirty (although it had that “sanitized” paper band on it), not to mention it was also completely broken; the shower gel dispenser had lots of residue, and there were some hairs near the bathroom sink. We had a TV in the room, but the remote control didn’t work. We stayed for one night, so we weren’t super bothered by it, but overall the experience wasn’t good.

They are one of the best modern places close to the Airport. I highly recommend them

A big modern house, easy to find. Automated check-in at the gate. Stayed at new years eve, but it was nice and quiet, good beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped kitchen for breakfast. Clean and friendly. Recommended!
