The studio is big, well partioned, large bathroom, large kitchen area, very well designed, enough spaces for clothes, lugagges, etc, nice balcony.
Kitchen is well equipped, but it's missing a microwave owen.
Decent size refrigerator, it also has a freezing compartment.
Furniture hinge broken, hair and eyelashes on the sheets and in the bathroom.
Showerhead hose was leaking.
Water from the walk-in shower splashed in the bathroom and found it's way to the room.
The freezing compartment of the refrigerator was absolutely filled with ice (maybe it ran with the door open).

The property is close to Timisoara shopping city, a medium sized mall in town. The area is quiet and calming. Also the apartments have all the facilities you need (except for dishwashers) and are modestly decorated.
We’ve had a stay before and we had a washing machine. This time we did not. Maybe it was not in the particular room spec we booked, but we expected a washing machine.

Simple check-in.
The charging station is available only with a local application install. There is a metal smell in the apartment.

Аlmost everything.
1. Wi-Fi disappeared from time to time. We had to use Hotpoint from our phones. Must be fixed.
2. There was only one one small casserole and the stove tray. Kitchen utensils should be enriched with several small, medium, and larger pots, trays, and pans, potato and cucumber peeler, mosquito nets for visitors with longer stay.
3. А toaster would be good for breakfast.
