Місцеположення хороше доволі, якщо вивчити дорогу, то дуже швидко до оперного.

Мінус для мене це ,що нема кондиціонера . Також що біля дороги, і коли хотіла прохолоди відкриваєш вікно, а там дорога дуже активна за вікном тому трохи шум є.
