+ Clean + Warm + Comfortable bed and sofas + Great contact with the staff (responsive and willing to help) + Good location
- Kitchen equipment could be richer (no oven/microwave, can opener, sharp knife) - Bathroom design (no sink and no shelves/hangers to organize accessories and clothes)

Location: At the center. Staff: Mrs. Olyana is helpful. Luggage: They gook our luggage in office for a few hours.
Check in: Check in was a problem. We had to run after Mrs. Oxana with our luggage. Bath: Bath has no hand washing tap. And the shower tap is broken. There is only one tap in the kitchen. Building: The outside of the building is very old. And has no lift.
