Чудове розміщення.
При заселені опалення було вимкнено, про це не попередили. Щоб його вімкнути потрібно самостійно по інструкції включити котел, щоб було опалення та гаряча вода. На вулиці було холодно, близько -8, квартира прогрілась лише на ранок. Коли вимикають електрику, котел не працює, тож опалення та води гарячої нема. Є проблеми з сантехнікою. А саме сток у ванній пагано працює. Про це питала при заселенні, про данну проблему читала у відгуках, на що мені сказали, що все справно працює. Це не відповідає дійсності.
