Розташування, шумоізоляція, легка співпраця під час поселення.
Інколи був запах з каналізації, але це проблема забудови і про це є окреме попередження з інструкцією як позбутися цієї незручності, тому це не така вже і проблема.

Складно з паркуванням, але це центр міста, тож краще зупинятися без авто

Все супер. Місце розташування супер, центр . Можливість за паркувати авто на закритій території. В номері все необхідне є . Є міні кухня, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч тощо.
Є один мінус це відсутність кондиціонера і надзвичайно жарко влітку тому що номер наш був розташований на мансарді ( дах) там і ще 5 номерів на цьому рівні. все було б ідеально якби був кондиціонер. В зимку це не актуально. Але хто планує літом враховуйте що там + 31 в приміщенні. За ніч охолоджується на 1-2 градуси. Вентилятор є. Але він не допомагає. Я не звернув увагу коли обирав помешкання що відсутній кондиціонер бо вважав що це вже базовий рівень.
