Відмінне розташування, відмінне співвідношення ціни і якості. В середині чисто, все що треба є.
Єдине що раджу власникам змінити світло з жовтого на більш холодний/білий відтінок, так кімната буде набагато свіжіша і трошки сучасніша . Для когось буде мінусом, відсутність саме виду з вікна, тобто вікно є, його можна відкрити, але сами "виду" там ніякого немає

Гарне розташування, зручне поселення
Трошки ремонт варто було б освіжити, бо в нас не працювали ролети, так на пів вік закриті і ні туди не сюди, моментами було дискомфортно що 2 поверх вуличка маленька то можуть вам у вікна підглядати 👀

Сподобалось розташування ,в центрі міста,хоча і гучно було,поряд кафе
У кімнаті та санвузол було не дуже чисто,за таку вартість можна було покласти більше ніж 2 рушника,також тапочки,постіль синтетичний
