Location is great, but the place is below what most will find acceptable. Totally not apt for a romantic weekend. The flat itself has barely outside light, and the whole staircase smells like a cat box and literally feels as if it was an abandoned house, with rests of human/animal urines all over the staircase. When I checked in there was a dead rat on the interior court yard, which is really untidy and feels just abandoned. The bed frame is as noisy as you can possibly imagine, we were forced to reexamine our romantic aspirations or face a revolt of the neighbours. The fridge is so noisy that I had to disconnect it to be able to sleep. The flat walls have poor-taste horrible paintings of the Eiffel Tower, or are just dirty. Overall, while the location and price were fair, I would avoid booking here for a second time. Wifi ok. Check in/out was easy and convenient.

As said, the quality of the flat is rather low.
