Оооо. Прекрасно це те що я давно шукав невеличкі апартаменти але все що треба на кілька днів тут є. До центру 5 хв неквапливо вуличками старого міста кайф балкон це особлива родзинка посидіти зранку з кавою коли місто прокидається о 6.00 двірники прибирають тиша в цьому щось є. Ввечері з балкона з чашечкою кави коли запалюються ліхтарі і довкола старовинні будинки це теж неймовірно. Ще обов'язково буду знімати це помешкання якщо буде також все охайне і не піднімуть ціну. Поки що супер клас.
Для себе не знайшов недоліків.

Досить великі апартаменти, в кімнаті чисто, зручне місцерозташування в самому центрі, дуже зручне ліжко. Все необхідне в номері є: холодильник, чайник, мікрохвильова, утюг.
Немає ліфту! Тягнула досить тяжку сумку на 3 поверх. Два рушники.

- розташування, близько до центру - ціна - наявність балкону - можливість безкоштовного паркингу
- на стіні пляма - вид з балкону на засмічєний двір та не дуже чисту поверхню будинку - екстерʼєр будинку (дуже застарілий та не затишний підʼїзд)
