Fresh and stylish apartment with literally everything you need for a living. The building is new and located in a freshly built block with everything you need is really close. Couldn’t check out late but were offered an ability to leave luggage secured for some extra time. 24h seamless check in ability.

So much stuff in a room only to find out there is no cutting board provided. Some time ago the water in the shower was spilled so much so it heavily damaged the door trim. The sound insulation is good, but during the warm nights you hear the annoying sound of a/c’s ambient quite well. Also due it’s architecture (it’s rather an apart-hotel), the walls are rather thin, so you can hear people walking by in the hallway quite well, even though the floor has got carpets in some places. Due to the size and the placement of the furniture the bathroom door hits the corner of the bed if fully opened.

Дуже зручні сучасні апартаменти для короткострокового перебування - простий вхід за допомогою коду, в номері кондиціонер, чайник, праска і дошка, мікрохвильовка, електроплита, великий повноцінний холодильник з морозилкою, пралка, посуд, гігієнічний душ (рідко де таке бачу, приємно вражена), дзеркало в повний зріст, щільні жалюзі на вікні (ранкове світло не заважає), зручне ліжко з розеткою поруч, телевізор з сучасними додатками, WiFi, а ще розходники - кава, чай, цукор, засоби для душу, капсула для прання, капці. Все продумано і майже все стало у нагоді. В номері ідеальна чистота.

Вікно виходило у внутрішній двір, був трохи шум від інших кондиціонерів. Але із закритим вікном шум не відчувався і на загальне позитивне враження від перебування це не вплинуло

Легка доступність в будь який час заселення.Привітний персонал,швидка відповідь на будь які запитання.Охайні і затишні апартаменти.
