About this house rental
Union Pier Vacation Rental in the heart of Union Pier. All the amenities of home in a vacation rental.
Enjoy a short walk to a private [Gordon] beach or to town from this well-appointed 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with two levels of living space and an incredible, spacious screened porch Outside you will find a nice space with lots of mature trees, a large front yard for the kids to play, an outdoor shower and a seating area with fire pit.
You’re a five minute drive from downtown New Buffalo where there are many restaurants, shops, boat and wave runner rentals etc. You also have the Four Winds Casino, Whittaker Woods Golf Course, and Warren Dunes nearby and lots of great restaurants. Also close to Three Oaks, Lakeside and Sawyer and all these great towns have to offer. Come relax and have fun!
Bring food, drinks, personal items, family and friends!
You will find our home comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped, as are the living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Home has a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas grill.
We ask that renters bring dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, foil, zip lock bags and garbage bags. We do not supply fire wood for fire pit. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs. We do not resupply during the stay.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
We allow pets for an additional fee, but ask that you respect our home and not allow pets on the furniture or upstairs.

We experienced a terrible storm on 8/27. A tree fell on the house we were at, some trees fell around the property and we were without power starting around 10pm Tuesday 8/27 and throughout Wednesday. We left the property Wednesday morning… a tree fell on our car and required assistance of someone to cut away the tree before we could move it. Some damage was done to the car but it was drivable could we we get a refund for the remaining days that we could not stay. Wednesday and Thursday. Or a credit for future use.Thank you

The moment we walked into this home , we knew it would be a great week. This home has so much space for our family ( 6 adults and 4 children). It is well equipped with all the necessities . The outdoor shower was a hit - getting all the sand off before going in the house . The screened in porch is HUGE. The walk to the beach is easy and the littl park on the way was a great pit stop for the kids. The house is walking distance to town and even the Saturday farmers market . The owner was kind and so quick to respond . Our whole family loved this house , the little community and the private beach. We booked it for next year already
