We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Please be advised that this home does have a camera that monitors the driveway and the garage but can be turned off after arrival if so requested.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Our Cousins’ GetawayMy family and I planned a cousins-only getaway, and it was ah-mazing! We laughed until we cried, shared stories, and made memories that will last a lifetime. It was such a special time, just for us cousins.The house was beautiful—cozy and perfect for our little reunion. Secluded property gives privacy but nearby things to do. Bedrooms sizes for our adult children and young grandchildren to share. Good common space inside and out. Good size yard for outdoor activities.
