So excited to introduce this lovely modern cottage located at ground zero in Union Pier ! , location is just the best !! 2100 sq ft , 4 bed , 2 bath , hot tub . 6 blocks to Townline beach , Timothy’s, Red Arrow Road house , Whistle stop , 1 block to Seeds Brewery ,Union Pier Social , Black Currant Bakery , 2 grocery stores & beach rental store . Bike path directly across street , plenty of bikes to use ! (Guest home also available for large groups , there’s room for 25 people with both homes ).
The space
The property is on the edge of a really pretty forest , the views from the kitchen are amazing with morning coffee , as well as front patio . There’s 3 bedrooms on 1 st floor and one on 2 nd . Living room has beautiful new cobblestone fireplace reminiscent of the old Michigan cottages .
The dining room table is built with repurposed train car flooring, walk out to the hot tub and take in all the smells of the forest and near by lake winds .

This home is the main home ( front ) home and there’s also a guest house that’s separate . There’s 7 parking spaces for this home , so plenty of room for no fuss parking .

There’s 5 bikes on property for this home , tons of biking in area , as well as bike path access across street . The bike path is across street

It was a great house, the mattresses were really comfortable. We were concerned about the train but didn't end up hearing it while we were sleeping. We had a great time.

We loved our stay, the home was decorated so beautifully, it was comfortable and well stocked. We especially loved the real fireplace with plenty of wood provided for a cold, late night of visiting. The host was quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
