Stone City Hostel

Wonderful team, cosy hostel

My room was extremely comfortable, and very well priced for a 4 person dorm. Met some terrific people here who I ended up travelling with afterwards, and all the staff here were excellent. The Osumi Canyon tour was awesome. The owner Rafat was a gentleman and incredibly helpful. A huge shoutout to Jeri as well, best volunteer I came across in any of my hostels

I loved this place so much I ended up extending my stay! Great staff, who were very informative and went out of there way to suggest things to do, organise hostel group activites and give advice on further travel. Definitely deserve there 4 years in a row best hostel in Albania award on Hostel world. Also the free breakfast they put on everyday is actually worth it. Hostel was clean, beds were comfortable and by next summer (summer 2027) they plan on upgrading the bunks to have curtains, a fan, and a shelf to go with the existing lamp and power point. Bin lockers under the beds to fit all my baggage in.

Honestly not much - I’m really not sure why it has such good reviews - would not recommend.

The room was dingy and old and extremely minimal, no curtains, the a/c hardly worked and it was boiling in the room. Theres 2/3 showers and toilets for the whole place it just really was not my kind of place. Breakfast was extremely basic. Fried egg and bread with two fruits
