海外出身と思われる受付の人が一生懸命顧客対応をしているところが良かった。他の草津の宿泊施設と比べて車の出入りがしやすいという印象。

まあ、コンパクトにまとまっていたのは良かったです 夕食も朝食も、美味しかってです。 特に朝食は満足していますが、夕食はもう少しだけボリュームが欲しかったです 後立地的に湯畑へのアクセスが思ったより近かったのが良かったです
一番に思ったのは、お部屋にあるハンドタオルとバスタオルが、ヨレヨレで使い古し感がありました。 姉妹ホテルのバスタオルはしっかりしてたので、同じ物にして欲しかった。 後温泉ですが、男女共コンパクトなのは承知してましたが、一つの方露天風呂が樹脂製の丸い風呂は雰囲気がなく寂しかったのと、やはり脱衣所が狭かったです！
