海外出身と思われる受付の人が一生懸命顧客対応をしているところが良かった。他の草津の宿泊施設と比べて車の出入りがしやすいという印象。

元々東北方面のツアーを予約していたのですが数日前にあった地震の影響で2日前に中止になり、急遽、湯畑から歩いていけるこちらのお宿が空いていたので予約しました。
こじんまりとしていたけど綺麗で夕食も朝食も美味しかったです。
姉妹館の広いお風呂にも入れたのでゆっくりくつろげました
夕食は姉妹館まで外に出て歩くのがちょっと、次回は本館で泊まってみたいですね。
２名で利用したのですがバスタオル2枚のうち1枚だけすごく使い古しのバスタオルだったのでそれだけ残念でした。

まあ、コンパクトにまとまっていたのは良かったです
夕食も朝食も、美味しかってです。
特に朝食は満足していますが、夕食はもう少しだけボリュームが欲しかったです
後立地的に湯畑へのアクセスが思ったより近かったのが良かったです
一番に思ったのは、お部屋にあるハンドタオルとバスタオルが、ヨレヨレで使い古し感がありました。
姉妹ホテルのバスタオルはしっかりしてたので、同じ物にして欲しかった。
後温泉ですが、男女共コンパクトなのは承知してましたが、一つの方露天風呂が樹脂製の丸い風呂は雰囲気がなく寂しかったのと、やはり脱衣所が狭かったです！
