About this villa rental

Our house is very big and can accomodate 8 adults. It's a real paradise. The new pool, built in 2022 is an amazing addition to the house measuring 14 x 6 metres open from May to October.
The country house is immersed between the trees and the nature. The very large garden (6000m2), which is completely fenced, is ideal for you to relax. There are two complete separate bathrooms, one with a shower and bath and the other with a shower. There are 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and finally an enormous room with a double bed. Furthermore we offer two cots for babies. We also have a very large new kitchen with all that you need and more and a dining area.
In the wonderful garden you will find many fruit trees for you to pick and try. During the summer months from May to October there is a spacious, private swimming pool to play and enjoy the long summer days. We provide you with an amazing BBQ and garden furniture to allow you to eat outisde. The house and garden are very private so your privacy and relaxation time is guaranteed,
The structure is situated in an ideal position to explore all of the Veneto region. Venice is just 35km away. There are many beaches which can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Furthermore you can easily reach Verona, Vicenza, Padova the Dolomites and much much more.

Our house is ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday in the nature with the option to visit many places.

The house comes with all the comforts you need and furnished with care and attention.

The house has three wood burning stoves to heat the house in the winter which are sufficient to heat the house. We provide the wood free of charge. If you choose to use the central heating this is not included in the price.

We are just back from a superb holiday in this Villa. We wanted somewhere quiet and private for some downtime as a family. The property is beautiful and the pool is of a very high standard, the icing on the cake. The property feels like a home rather than a rental villa, everything is tastefully done. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful people who were present if anything was needed but completely unobtrusive otherwise. The local town (Chiarano) is nearby and we even managed an easy day trip into the heart of Venice. We are already looking to return. I work in travel and was very impressed, book here if you are lucky enough to find a slot. Thanks guys.

We just had an absolutely lovely stay in Jody and Vincenzo’s villa. They are the most gracious hosts, they kindly left us a welcoming gift including fresh fruit, eggs and jam from the garden and a bottle of Prosecco. Jody was extremely helpful with tips and recommendations and Vincenzo booked us great restaurants and a great wine tasting. Inside the villa is a traditional Italian farmhouse, the pictures are very accurate and the house has absolutely everything you need. However, outside the pictures do not do any justice of how beautiful the garden is. It is simply stunning and the pool is enormous and perfect temperature! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was there, from olive oil to spices and insect spray. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The garden was very well maintained, and you can see the effort put into it. The pool was a great size, and they cleaned it every day. I highly recommend the villa, and we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Jody and Vincenzo gave us a lovely welcome with tips about the area and wonderful hospitality - they really have thought of everything. The house needs some updating in areas, but it's really lovely and cosy and has just about everything you need on your arrival - bread, cereal, milk, butter, homemade jam and then some... even mosquito coils and spray for the first few evenings outside. There are mosquito blinds on every window and the house is decorated so nicely with an eclectic mix of furniture, paintings, lamps etc. which all goes so nicely together. The garden is beautiful, and the pool really is the highlight, so clean and everything is so well cared for - the pool furniture, cushions on the chairs, nice pool towels... again, everything has been thought of, even the pool shower has the option of warm water - a real plus for me. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality throughout - it really made our holiday.

We spent a lovely week at Jody’s and Vincenzo’s house.This house is truely amazing and the garden with the pool was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully equiped and the rooms cosy and clean. Jody and Vincenzo were the best hosts ever!!! They gave us plenty of tipps about restaurants, beaches and wine tastings and even made us a tiramisu at ferragosto. Our stay at this house exceeded our expectations in every way! The house was not only beautiful, but it also boasted a large and gorgeous garden with a fantastic pool that our kids couldn't get enough of. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire week, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location. There were excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for us to dine out or prepare meals at home. Additionally, the easy access to transportation was a huge plus. The train station was just 20 minutes away, and the train ride to the heart of Venice took less than 45 minutes. It made exploring the city an absolute breeze! We cannot recommend this place enough for a fantastic and memorable vacation. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

We stayed 1 week in the beautiful house of Jody. Everything was perfect. Jody was always available, gave us great tips and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The large garden and clean pool topped it all. We agreed: would come back anytime.

Surrounded by lush countryside and vineyards, this oasis of calm exceeded even expectations raised by previous Italian holidays. The large house contains everything a family could need to enjoy their stay, with lots of extras thrown in for good measure by the thoughtful and generous owners, who live close by. The pair are so keen to make sure their guests have a wonderful holiday that they go above and beyond, delighted to share fruit and vegetables from their garden and make restaurant recommendations and reservations. Don’t be surprised if you are suddenly handed a jar of homemade apricot jam or a delicious family-sized Tiramisu the like of which you’ve never tasted before! The generous swimming pool has to have special mention as it is the star of the show in such a magnificent setting that it’s hard to leave to go exploring. If you can tear yourself away, however, Venice is just a 40-minute drive (or the nearest railway station is 15 minutes from the house if you prefer to go by train), or there’s the picturesque city of Treviso. It’s an under-appreciated gem with ancient walls and canal-laced backstreets a similar distance away. We also spent a day in the Dolomites, where there are several easy hiking routes for beginners and the scenery is jaw-dropping. If shopping is more your thing, then there are designer outlets and major retailers about 20 minutes away by car. Closer to home, there’s a great local winery, Sfriso, which is just a five-minute drive and offers very entertaining tasting sessions in English, Italian and German. But with such a fabulous house and garden, it’s hard to stay away too long... The property really does offer a chance to unwind in untroubled seclusion, whether lazing by the pool or perhaps enjoying a meal and a drink in the shade of the garden’s trees. If you want to taste Italian life free of frenetics, to savour the sun and sky and the fruits of the surrounding countryside - then here’s just the place for you.

We were a group of 10 people and we had a wonderful time in Jody and Vincenzo's house. It has all that you need and more. It is even better than the photos. Very well furnished with taste and lovely pieces of art. The wood stoves were so cosy for the chilly evenings although during the day the weather was so warm to sunbathe. Impeccably clean. If you want a place just to relax or to explore the region of Veneto then this is the place for you. 100% recommended. We did not want to leave.

All I can say is perfect. The hosts are so kind. The house is so clean and has all that you need and much more. And then the garden. So so big where my kids could play safely. We visited the beaches which can be reached in less than 25 minutes and the cities of Venice, Verona, Padova which are so easily accessible. I recommend the house 100%. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a private place to spend time with friends and family.

My family of 9 needed a space to relax, spend time together and forget things for a while and we found the perfect place. Jody's country house is all you need and more. Very stylish, decorated with taste and car and super clean. The garden is so large and private. In a great secluded location but with easy access to everything. We will return.

I stayed here with my family and we had a fantastic time. We were a group of 12 but the house is so large that we had space for ourselves. The house is tastefully furnished with all that you need and more. The garden is just amazing. So private, so big and so relaxing and the pool was perfect for the hot days. Situated just five minutes from the motorway allowed us to quickly visit the cities of Veneto including Venice, Treviso, Vicenza and many more. Thanks Jody! You are a great host helping us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left but without being at all intrusive. We will return. We recommend this house 100%. You will not be disappointed.

A group of eight young adults had a really good time here. The renovated farmhouse has a very nice atmosphere to it and the interior design (esp. the drawings) is astonishing. The outside area with garden, pool and terrace offers enough space, so that multiple activities could be done simultaniously. And the best part are the landlords! They were super friendly, helped with every problem we had (finding grocery stores, wineries, beaches, etc.) and were generally very forthcoming. Also, they were extremely tolerant with us playing music way past bedtime ;) All in all we can absolutely recommend you booking this house. You will very much enjoy your stay here!

The house is beautiful. Very well furnished, full of artwork, and all the modern conveniences you need when travelling with a large family, (there were 8 of us travelling from Dublin.) The kids loved the upstairs open space, and lounged on the sofa's and watched movies when it got too hot in the afternoon. The gardens are full of fruit trees, pear, plum, apple, kiwi, cherry etc, and the kids enjoyed picking (and eating the fruit.) Great location for a young family. Plenty of room for the kids to play, and on a very safe, quiet lane. The owners were really nice, couldn't have been more helpful, brought us fresh veg, they had grown and the tomatoes were fantastic (and a bottle of the local bubbly too). Lovely local restaurant too, 'La Girasole'. We travelled to Venice, Verona and Lake Garda, from here, it has great access to the motorway, and only 40 minutes from Treviso Airport too. Overall, a fabulous house, you will not be disappointed!

Our holiday week in Jody's house was just wonderful. We were five adults and a baby and had more than enough room to ourselves both inside the house and outside in the garden. The owners were welcoming and helpful, giving loads of good tips for restaurants and grocery shopping and made sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. The house is well equipped and well-kept, fantastically welcoming. Location is ideal to both visit the Lago di Garda and Venice -and no doubt other parts of Northern Italy. Around the house there's couple of fabulous Italian restaurants and in the village a great pizzeria though we mostly bbq'ed in the house. The house has a beautiful garden with apple and pear and plum trees as well as pool (very convenient in the heat we had!) and room to play football etc. Chiarano is a small village close by (2km) with lovely bakery and supermarket. Not too far (15min drive) is a bigger shopping center as well as huge designer outlet center. Car is most definitely needed to get around but it's easy drive around the area as well as to and from Marco Polo airport. Bologna, Milan and Lago di Garda etc. are within very convenient distance via autostrada. This was my first homeaway rental and most pleasant experience. I can only recommend this rental!

This is such a beautiful property with amazing outside space. The house had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and the furnishings were lovely. We have 3 children under 6 years old who loved the garden, pool and particularly the tree house! The owners are friendly, helpful and very welcoming to us and our children. We had a very special holiday here and will most definitely be back.

"WOW!!! What a wonderful house. We expected a beautiful country home but we got even more. It has everything you need and more. The garden was fantastic...very very big with a swing and treehouse for the children and the swimming pool was great even at the end of September. We spent a few days in total peace. The location is fantastic too. So close to Venice and all the important cities in Veneto and postioned halfway between the beach resorts and the mountians. We wil definately return next year. Thank you Joe and Vincenzo for everything."

A lovely large house with large garden in a peaceful spot, with lots of books, DVDs and board games for when we had had enough of the sun. We felt thoroughly relaxed and invigorated after our stay, and our children loved the animals next door - especially Tomtom the dog and Patrick the cat.

Very nice big house with a lovely garden. We spent 2 weeks (4 adults and 6 children) and every thing was just wonderfull. Joe and Vincenzo are very kind and you can ask them if you have any problem. To get the house better, just 2 things needed: a dish-washer and a stronger light outside. We strongly recommend this house !
