The property is in a very calm location with a lovely neighborhood. There is a secure gate, which makes you feel even safer. Inside the gates, there is covered parking, so your car is well protected too!
The apartment was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The beds were huge and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us. It has 2 bedrooms—one with a large bed and another with spacious bunk beds. The bunk beds can fit 2 people on the lower bed and 2 on the upper bed. In the living room, there’s also a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 more people.
The kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, plenty of plates, utensils, and everything else you might need. We also had an amazing view of the pool, which was sparkling clean. The atmosphere was very peaceful—though we visited in late September, so it’s probably busier in summer. For us, it was perfect.
The apartment also had an iron, a hair dryer, and a lovely outdoor area with a small backyard.
The location was very convenient: just 20 minutes by car from Punta Sabbioni (where you can take a boat to Venice), 10 minutes by car from Lidl and other large supermarkets, and only 8 minutes on foot from the beach.
We will definitely come back!
There were just a few tiny things that weren’t my favorite, although I’ve seen the same in other places I’ve stayed. There was no shampoo, toilet paper, or similar essentials provided—which is absolutely fine, but I would have preferred if at least toilet paper was available. Also, the office is a bit far from the apartment if you don’t have a car. With a car, though, everything is very close and checking in and out is easy. Honestly, I’m just nitpicking here, because overall I really enjoyed everything

Apartmán byl nadstandardně vybaven. Veškeré spotřebiče v kuchyni, vozíček na pláž, skládací lehátka na pláž, slunečník, pračka se sušičkou, klimatizace, přední i zadní zahrádka (měli jsme ubytování v přízemí). Bazén (asi 200 metrový ovál) v resortu nádherný, několikrát denně čištěn včetně cestiček okolo. Okolo bazénu lehátka volně k dispozici. Na pláž 5 minut chůze. Do obchodu 10 minut, nebo autem za 2 minuty. Klíče připravené v kódované schránce.
Měli jsme sousedy kuřáky, takže mnoho kouře 😔 Ale za to nemůže ubytovatel.
