A lakás jól megközelíthető, az udvaron parkolási lehetőség. A kertkapu nyítva, a kulcsszéf a bejárati ajtó mellett. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a helyiségek nagyok, füthetőek, hűthetőek. Minden felszerelés adott, amire szükség lehet. A tulajdonossal nem találkoztam, de minden szükséges infórmáció írásban, több nyelven megtalálható. Bármilyen próbléma esetén a tulajdonos azonnal válaszol.

The apartment has potential, it has a large living room and kitchen, it had curtains actionable by remote control or buttons, it had parking enough for 2 cars, I had issues with the wifi and it took less than 24 hours for the owner to fix this, the apt has a dishwasher machine,it has air conditioner in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in the living room which helps a lot
Unfortunately there were multiple things I didn't like.
- we arrived around 16:00 and we had to wait for almost 1 hour for the cleaning lady to finish it even though the apartment was booked in advance with more than 1 month (I told the owner about my time arrival in advance)
- the apt was not clean at all, we had to clean ourselves multiple times the floor,
all the furniture was sticky and the dishes were also sticky and old, we found multiple spiders and spiders web
- from the moment we arrived at the apartment , the fridge/freezer did not worked properly and the owner tricked me into trying all sorts of button combinations and then after 6 days to tel me is weekend and they will only call someone to look at it after the weekend
- there were multiple times when the owner was not responsive
- in one of the rooms it was mentioned it has 2 single beds, one which is foldable, but if we would have unfolded this, we barely could enter the room, so one of us had to use the living room sofa instead, which was not comfortable
- the washing machine is very old (800 rot/min) and is not washing properly)
- no coffee machine, only a coffee pot
- there is no vacuum so we can clean
- the garbage dumpster is far, the owner said it is 50 m far from the house, but is more like 200-300m
- when there were issues with the internet, I told the owner I had to take a day off from my job because of this and the owner said I didn't have to do this because why I can't use my personal mobile data...
Definitely this apartment didnt deserve the money we paid for and it needs a general cleaning and replacing some furniture and the crockery
