The apartment is on the third floor of the apartment building Flaminia, near Piazza Mazzini, overlooking Via Bafile: the main street in Jesolo and pedestrian.

Recently renovated to new, has 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) and one with 2 single beds, 2 baths, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed) and two terraces (one with sea view the other overlooking Via Bafile).

Equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, elevator, reserved parking space, satellite TV, unlimited WIFI.

Included in the price it is also offered beach service with umbrella and 2 sun loungers.

Thanks to its central location the apartment is convenient to all major attractions and shops Jesolo. The beach is just 30 meters from the apartment and you can find within walking distance supermarkets, pharmacies, newsstands, bars and restaurants.

From Jesolo you are easily reached the historic island of Venice.

We stayed in Jesolo for the 4th time, however first time with 2 small kids and extended family. The apartment had 3 bedrooms (one is quite small though, but has bunk bed, which older kids would love), kitchen and cozy living room space and big balcony (although as we were on the 3rd floor we had to make sure kids stay off it:)) Everything we needed (coffee, coffee, coffee and some laundry) was there and in any case it was no problem to reach the owners (and they speak plain English if your Italian is nonexistant like ours). Most importantly the sea (and all the ice cream shops) is really really close! The one downside would be streetnoise, the “live” ABBA Classics and all, but this usually ends by 23 at night, though might be a problem with light sleeping kids (not in our case). So, all in all we loved it.

This apartment is all about location, if you want to be in the centre of town and beach side this is the place to stay. Only downside to this is the street noise. Earplugs recommended. It is modern and clean with everything you would want, gas central heating, air-con, wi-if and satellite tv however there are no English speaking channels available. Plenty of space, comfortable firm beds, would stay again.

The owners of this property are lovely, the young lady that dealt with our booking was delightful, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is fantastic, we were a family of four adults and a four year old boy and we had plenty of room. there is a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning, any gas and electric used during your stay is paid at the end, we didn't use the air con ( I imagine that it would rack the money up) or dishwasher and did 3 loads of washing and paid 28 euro at the end of our stay which was very good. Everywhere feels new and is very clean, the apartment is 100 yards to the beach where there is 2 sun loungers and an umbrella. there is a bakers and supermarkets within a 2 minute walk, we got fresh bread and bomboloni's ( doughnuts) everyday. There is parking for one car but we parked our second car in a car park 5 minute walk away, we found this very safe and secure. There is a Coop Supermarket 10 minute drive away, where we went for our weekly shop. Just outside is the main street, that has shops of all types, clothes, ice cream, amusements, Restaurants, bars, gifts and everything you need for a day at the beach. The road is pedestrianised at night and it is lovely to walk out into the warm evening and stop at a bar and people watch. We ate out a couple of evenings but we cooked some very easy tasty meals at home. We visited Venice for the day and we drove to Verona and Sirmione on Lake Garda. The rest of our days were spent on the beach, it is sandy, very clean and is safe for young ones, there is a life guard post near by too. We hired a pedalo one day which was fun and also hired a four seater bike and went for a lunchtime drive to the other end of the shops ( lunchtime is better as it is a bit mad in the evening with pedestrians everywhere) The beach traders do come past quite often but they don't pester you. We had one dull morning during our stay so we visited the Sea life centre which is 10 minute drive away, we all enjoyed that. We have stayed in a hotel in this area for 10 years but this was a very enjoyable, family experience, thank you to Melania and her family.

This is the perfect holiday apartment for the family. We lived 5 people and there was a lot of space for us. It's a modern apartment with a great kitchen to cook in, a lovely terrace were you can sit and look at the ocean and eat or play cards. The apartment was better than expected and closer to the beach to. A great beach with sun chairs and a sunshade and a beach café. Really sweet and kind owners! very helpful - big ++++ from here! This is a fantastic three bed apartment in a super location in Jesolo. We have stayed in Jesolo on three different holidays and this was by far the best location. It is central to all amenities with plenty to do day and night. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a good holiday. The owners could not be nicer to deal with and I would book again without hesitation. Beach is a one min walk from the apartment and 2 beach beds are provided with each apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment.
