The price of the apartment is overrated for what's it's offered.

The space is generous for a big family. The bed in the bedroom is ok. Also, some household appliances exist there.

The furniture was unkempt and broken (at least the kitchen). The table in the living the same. The sofa, you have the feeling it was in some kind of war or something... There are a lot of beds... not sure I understood, why so many ( one big bed and others 4 single beds). The wifi is shared with two other apartments and it's a joke. It uses a portable wifi device powered from the USB the tv's. Perhaps the apartment was rented before to people who work within the city/resort.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. From the moment I walked in, I noticed spiders on the walls, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Several door handles were broken, the flooring was very worn out, and the sofa was dirty. Even the kitchenware was old and heavily used, not something you would expect in a place advertised for guests. On top of that, after just one person took a shower, there was no more hot water available. All these issues might have been easier to overlook if the person responsible had at least answered my messages, but unfortunately there was no communication at all. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or hospitality. I cannot recommend it in its current state.

I really liked this property! It’s in a great location, close to everything you might need shops, restaurants. The place was very clean and had all the essentials like towels, a hairdryer, and more. The host was super responsive and helpful, answering quickly whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I can highly recommend it!

Good

Location is great, just two streets to beach - private loungers and beach umbrella and easy parking nearby the accomodation. Apartment is clean, nice, spacious enough to accomodate 4 pax or even more. There is washing machine and two balconies. Kitchen is basiclly equppied however there are few imoprtant things missing. Eg dish towel or wipes. Check in/out is easy - completly "contactless" But if we messaged through Booking - replay was very fast. Shops and restaurants are close so as main street with attractions.

Apartment is located in 3 rd floor of big building and surroundings was quite noisy. There are external blinds so if you do not prefer fresh air as me it could help. There was no information about wi-fi, when I texted I got immediate replay with net name and password however nobody from our family managed to connect to this net.

The property is in a 5 minute walk from the center, very spacious, clean and comfortable. An easy self check in. All necessary facilities as you feel at home. Two nice terraces. Friendly and helpful stuff. Free public parking. We had a problem with the card parking and the host immediately provided a new parking spot. Highly recommend the place. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

Spacious apartment, ideal for families. Close to beach (5 min walk), close to restaurants. Grocery stores 5 min with car. Tropicarium in walking distance. Good communication with host.

Check in from 16:00, 2 hours earlier would be just perfect. Keys have to be recollected 0.5 km away from apartment.

Great Stay!

Pretty much everything. Sure some of the reviews are true and there are a couple of little bits that can be improved. But in general the best stay on booking I had so far. Everything is new, the apartment is spacious. Dishwasher, washing machine, nice tv comfy mattresses big fridge. Good table that can fold out. Just awesome stay!

Nice apartment, but worst check-in

Relatively close to the beach, big and clean apartment.

The check-in process is really bad (took me more than an hour): 1. First you need to drive to an address without a parking space to pick-up the keys from a box (I needed to ask for the box number and the code to open the box); 2. Then I was given a parking card to leave the car in a public parking, minutes away from the apartment (imagine being really tired, with small kids and luggage, not to mention really hot); 3. We took the decision to drive to the third address where the apartment was, unload the luggage and my family and while helping them to go upstairs the neighbours were really angry because I blocked their cars (also here there was no parking available); 4. Drive back to the parking to leave the car; 5. Walk back to the apartment. This experience happened again for the check-out.

No response in booking.com chat. If you need anything you have to call or send message on WhatsApp. Even if they write you that you will receive message with code and pin for secure box with keys - just call them, we never received such message. Well, just call them if you have any special request or inquiry.

Little disappointment

Check in at 11:00 AM without any extra fee. Localization, close to shops, bakery, restaurants, sea. Washing machine, two balconies, small parking place belonging to the flat.

Wi Fi started to work in fifth day of our stay after reminders sent everyday to agency taking care of flat . I see in other opinions that I was not the first complaining for WiFi. Beds are really poor quality. Sleeping on mattresses on single beds you could feel each spring on your back, Mattress's support on double bed bent in the middle what causes hole in the middle of bed. In my opinion there is time for renovation. Replacement of almost all furniture beds at first. Missing big knife to cut the bread, and towels in kitchen. Problem with access to private beach which not started to work at time of our stay. 01.-07 May. Access to other beach arranged by agency second day after our complain.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Apartment ist sehr abgelebt. Dreckige Dusche, wackelige Regale, das WLAN funktioniert nicht, Wände sind fleckig, Küche nur minimal ausgestattet.

Удобнее расположение, 5 минут до пляжа. Красивый вид с балкона. Квартира светлая удобная, места всем хватило. Порадовало наличие биде. Есть стиральная машина, но нету никаких средств для стирки.

Очень хлипкие дверные ручки и краны, страшно что в любой момент могут отвалиться. Полное отсутствие каких либо кухонных полотенец или бумажных салфеток, только один пакет для мусора.

Syf, brud, cokolwiek się dotykało, rozpadało się. Lodówka nie była rozmrażania i myta od długiego czasu, ściany miały dziury. Pleśń przy zlewie i w kabinie prysznicowej. Skrzypiące łóżka, bardzo skąpe wyposażenie w akcesoria kuchenne. Ogólnie lokal strasznie zaniedbany i nie wyczyszczony.

Apartament w swietnym miejscu lokalizacyjnie. Ładny,bylo nam tam wygodnie. duzo lozek. spokojnie dla 6 osob. Naprawde polecamy pomimo defektów.

Apartament widać,ze juz po przejsciach. Sporo defektów ale takich ktore nie przeszkadzaja w funkcjonowaniu. Tylko jeden nóż i to do masla,nie ostry. Brak ekspresu,to bylby dodatkowy atut. Ruszająca rączka w prysznicu. Podniszczone meble. Skrzypiace lozko.

Mancava qualcosa in più per la pulizia un sacco dell'immondizia in più giusto da portare via i nostri rifiuti. (Ci siamo adattati) Purtroppo eravamo 2 macchine e c'era una sola tessera parcheggio. (Ed è principalmente a pagamento). Un solo mazzo di chiavi. (Vincolava un po').
