Beautiful holiday home with amazing hosts! We had a fantastic vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable — everything we hoped for. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There were also lots of activities and things to do in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very nice place and kind host :) Apartment was clean and prepared for us. There were 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 wc, what is enough for group of 8 people. Very good is room for your ski boots. Shop is 2 min far away and restaurant is about 5 min. Piste is also very close, Maybe this accommodation is more suitable for family or someone who search for calm, because the house is from wooden material, which look fantastic but noice is heared in other apartments quite easily. It doesnt mean it is bad! The overall impression is very good :)

Nice, clean apartments, equipped kitchen. Very nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Opportunity to use the sauna; to sit and eat outside at the big table on the terrace; to use ping pong table, to use a grill. Very pleasant stay.

the property is 300 years old , which means that it will be old enough to feel that while your are living there and it is not sound proofing. but as all everything was good and we enjoyed our stay here

Excellent hotel next to the lift. Nice and responsive owners.

The location is perfect. 5 minutes to bus station, 5 minutes to the lift, after skiing you can reach the hotel from the slopes. The owners are wonderful, attentive people who are directly approachable about any problem. The mattress felt too soft for me and the owners were happy to offer two alternatives – the new mattress was perfectly hard and let me have good sleep.

Unfortunately one of the ovens in the sauna got broken and so the sauna experience wasn’t as good. The wooden ceilings and floors are quite noisy so definitely bring ear plugs if your sleep is sensitive.

Wonderful time in autumn

We had a wonderful, quiet time in the beautiful old farmhouse. The apartment was cozy, functional, spacious and clean. Our hosts were lovely. The sauna is an additional perk :) This is a great base for numerous hikes in the surrounding mountains.

Awesome place!!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every single day. The apt was very cosy and comfortanle, the hosts extremely friendly and helpful. From this apt we were able to do many lovely excursions in the neighbourhood. Really vacation time!!

Apartmán lze rozhodně doporučit, apartmán je pohodlný, prostorný a čistý, s ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Pokud pojedete na lyže, je poloha ubytování největší výhodou, apartmán je pár metrů od sjezdovky.

Un luogo da non perdere: atmosfera magica e posizione super!!!

Un luogo carico di fascino e atmosfere tirolesi (risale al 1709!). Posizione fantastica! A due passi dalla cabinovia. Rientro con gli sci ai piedi!!! E poi la sauna privata aprés ski era una piacevolissima conclusione della giornata di sci. Appartamento pulitissimo e ovunque, persino nel deposito scarponi riscaldato, profumo di pulito. Martina e suo marito hanno un’attenzione speciale per gli ospiti. Non ti fanno mancare nulla, anche le piccole sorprese in camera come i funghi porcini essiccati e il servizio di consegna del pane fresco e dei dolci a colazione. È un posto che consiglio assolutamente per chi vuole andare a Kitzbühel, a soli 10 minuti di auto, ma impossibile da raggiungere in macchina per via del traffico continuo che blocca il paese. Invece da qui ci si muove in un attimo in tutto il comprensorio del KitzSki, con accesso immediato alla parte più bella peraltro, in alta quota. Di fronte l’appartamento poi c’è un ristorante (con anche salumeria e macelleria accanto) che serve ottimo cibo e carni di loro produzione a prezzi contenuti (rispetto ai prezzi di Kitzbühel!!!). La famiglia gestisce anche un allevamento di Alpaca che siamo andati a visitare e ha una piccola bottega di prodotti tipici che puoi acquistare “self” e tanti articoli di lana Alpaca.

Il traffico continuo di Kitzbühel. Ma appunto per questo alloggiare in questa struttura è l’ideale per godersi la vacanza senza stress. Senza usare l’auto, ma utilizzando il bus per andare in paese.

Wir hatten das kleinste Apartment für 2 Personen für 4 Nächte. Es ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand und es ist genug Platz da.Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die neue Sauna ist ein i-Tüpfelchen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich am Rande der Ortschaft, man kann gleich loswandern. Die Lage allgemein ist sehr gut für Bergbegeisterte wie in der warmen so in der schneereichen Jahreszeit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Wir hatten unsere Aufenthalt genossen, vielen lieben Dank dafür.

الشقه عباره عن كوخ في عدة شقق ولكن لايوجد عزل واذا اي احد تحرك في الشقه يطلع صوت الخشب وتسمع مشي جيرانك وصوت عطيط الخشب

فقط نظافة الحمامات والمطبخ والمراتب

العزل سيء مبنى يقول له 300 سنه واذا اي احد تحرك في الشقه اللي فوقك تسمعه كانك نايم بالشارع من اسوء الشقق اللي استاجرت فيها ولن اكرر استأجارها
