Everything was great

Wide and comfortable beds, large terrace, we had everything we need. The apartment very comfortable and clean.

A scratched Teflon pan needs to be replaced. A supply of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets would be nice. And a couple of extra cups.

Wir kommen gerne ein 3. Mal wieder

Die zentrale Lage ist super. Der schöne große Balkon bzw. die große Terrasse… ein Traum. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Tower. Einen Platz in der Tiefgarage hatten wir auch. Das einzige, was uns dann doch gefehlt hat, war ein Backofen. Aber dann gab es halt Tost. WLAN super. Bad und Schlafzimmer top. Wohnzimmer und Essbereich waren optisch durch eine Holzleistenwand abgetrennt. Fotos werde ich nicht reinstellen, da diese wirklich identisch mit der gebuchten Wohnung wären.

Dass wir nur eine Woche durften ;) …. Spaß

Pobyt uważam za udany i pomimo kilku niedogodności chętnie wrócę do Świnoujścia.

Apartament bardzo przyjemny. Dobra lokalizacja. W zasadzie wszędzie blisko. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe.

W apartamencie koniecznie trzeba wymienić materac na łóżku w sypialni - jest bardzo wyrobiony, gdyż czuje się sprężyny i przez to komfort snu był znacznie zaburzony. Ponadto w szafie w sypialni nie było ani jednej półki, na której można by ułożyć odzież. Warto zwrócić uwagę osobie sprzątającej apartament, aby odkurzyła kratki wentylacyjne i nawiewy, gdyż kurz wypadał stamtąd niejednokrotnie podczas mojego pobytu. O wymianę proszą się także sztućce, ponieważ ktoś wcześniej musiał się z nimi bardzo rygorystycznie obchodzić.

Appartement TOP; Vermieter: FLOP!!!!

Sehr helles und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Leider ist die Aussicht nicht sonderlich ansprechend; man schaut auf mehrere, nicht sehr ansehnliche Wohnblocks.

Unterkunft war super! Sehr sauber, hell und modern. Einzig und alleine die Kommunikation des Vermieters war katastrophal : uns wurde vorgeworfen, einen Glasboden des Kühlschranks „mitgenommen“ zu haben?! Dieser war allerdings in einem der Küchenschränke als wir die Wohnung bezogen hatten. Dieser wurde uns nun für umgerechnet fast 30€ in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich per E-Mail erklärt hatte, wo der fehlende Glasboden innerhalb der Küchenschränke zu finden ist. Absolute Frechheit! Also Obacht; am besten alles vorher und nachher fotografieren!

Przestronne wnętrza, słoneczny salon z dużym tarasem. Aneks kuchenny z wyposażeniem (naczynia, lodówka, zmywarka, piekarnik). Duże, wygodne łóżka. Zamknięta, ogrodzona przestrzeń zewnętrzna, Parking.

Albatros ukradł nam pączka podczas śniadania na tarasie. 😉

Für uns war es eine Enttäuschung

Heller gut eingerichteter Wohnraum . Mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen . Zentral in einem Wohngebiet gelegen .

Ein Problem ist ,dass kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist . Geht nur telefonisch bzw. per E-Mail . Bei der Ankuft war bereits ein Lattenrost eines Bettes gebrochen .( Kuhle im Bett und beim drehen geräusche ) Wurde am Tag darauf notdürftig repariert ,doch der Lattenrost brach in der darauffolgenden Nacht erneut durch .( Habe normales Gewicht - 70 Kg ) Danch trotz mehrfacher Reclamation keine reaction des Vermieters .Sind vorzeitig abgefahren . Bettenraum ist auch sehr knapp bemessen .Madratzen waren auch ,obwohl in der Wohnung ziemlich alles neu war , alt und durchgelegen .

+10% Abzocke, Lärm und schlechte Lage

Der Preis erhöht sich um ca. 10%, da die Firma eine extra Agentur mit der Abrechnung beauftragt hat. Zudem gab es tägliche Renovierungsarbeiten von 8-16:00 Uhr, durch deren Lärm das Appartement quasi unbewohnbar war. Eine alternatives Appartement wurde uns nicht angeboten, noch konnten wir den Vertrag kündigen. Eine Entschädigung haben wir ebenfalls nicht erhalten. Die Vermieter sind der Ansicht, dass man nicht verantwortlich ist für diesen Lärm und somit das Appartement auch weiter vermieten kann. Insgesamt haben wir also mehr bezahlt und hatten ein Appartement, welches 8 Stunden täglich unbewohnbar war.

Komfortowe mieszkanie z dużym tarasem. Dobrze urządzone i dostosowane do dwóch osób.

nieuzasadnione sknerstwo w apartamencie tej klasy zniesamaczyło cały pobyt

Estetycznie, nowocześnie, czysto, wygodnie

Mizerne wyposażenie kuchni w naczynia, sztućce, garnki. Wszystko po kilka sztuk, dosłownie minimum. Trzy garnki, 1 patelnia. Ciągle chodziła zmywarka, bo przy 4 osobach starczało na obsługę jednego posiłku. A tu tylko kilka tabletek do zmywarki..., brak płynu do naczyń. Wydzielone 2 rolki papieru. Takie nieuzasadnione sknerstwo w apartamencie tej klasy. Na szczęście po wymianie maili z Renters doniesiono na następny dzień papier, tabletki, płyn oraz zestaw do kawy i herbaty, który był w ofercie, ale go brakowało.

Es gab viele und tolle Restaurants. Man kann die Stadt schön zu Fuß entdecken

Ohne Schlüssel muss man auf der Parkplatz gelangen bzw ins Appartment rein. Waschbecken und Dusche liefen schlecht ab
