Zero communication left us with bad taste for that place.
If you are looking for second floor apartment with modern decorations, basic kitchen appliances, washer and balcony looking at neighboring building then that is your place. Just be aware there may not be any communication to ask questions or report concerns. Key to the apartment is at different location in a box that has no instructions. You are on your own to figure out which key is for doors and elevator to the downstairs garage. If you are driving small car space in underground garage will work well any sedan bigger presents issues to park especially with other cars already there.
Ability to communicate with the owner would have made a huge difference! I haven’t yet stayed at the places in different countries where I had no way to ask questions or report concerns. This owner missed a chance of returning customer as I come to visit at least once a year.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden !!
Uns hatte der große Balkon mit dem schönen Ausblick gefallen sowie die 5.Etage mit den Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft auch sehr sauber und schön!
Leider hatte die Lüftung im Bad nicht funktioniert und einen Toaster gab es nicht. Die Rollos waren für uns recht schwer zu erreichen, da wir nicht so groß sind und es war auch nicht an jedem Fenster eins vorhanden, falls man abends noch im Wohnzimmer sitzen möchte.

Tolle Lage!
Sehr schöne, großzügige, helle Wohnung mit Garage. Strand, Promenade, Villenviertel und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei Fragen.
Leider fehlt der Toaster, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Es gibt keinerlei Bedienungsanleitung für Geräte.

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Zimmer ,Pool und Jacuzzi, Terrasse ,das seperate Schlafzimmer und das große Bett ,die tolle Dusche mit vernünftigen Wasserdruck ,also wir waren sehr zufrieden. Und dank der vorhergehenden Rezession wussten wir das wir Kapseln mitbringen für die Dolce Gusto Maschine . Danke dafür 🙏
Das der Toaster, Backofen fehlten und die Töpfe und Bratpfanne zu klein waren . Und die einzigste Schüssel die es gab war defekt leider .
