Wielkim plusem jest parking i czystość w apartamencie. Także atutem jest to że obiekt jest nowy i zadbany, strzeżony przez firmę ochroniarską, przestronność, wyposażenie, dobra lokalizacja (10 min do centrum, 15-20 min na plaże), 2xWC, zasłony zaciemniające, taras z dodatkowymi krzesłami, WiFi działa dobrze, szlaban wjazdowy na parking na pilota z zasięgiem z tarasu, dobry kontakt z obsługą
Wejście do apartamentowca jest schowane i mogło by być lepiej opisane, pokój jest dobrze wyposażony i brakuje tylko kilku drobiazgów takich jak ociekacz do naczyń, mało krzeseł przy stole, na taras mógłby być lepiej wyposażony, w kuchni można by postawić ekspres np. na kapsułki i skrócona instrukcja uruchomienia mikrofalówki, 2xTV ale niestety bez smartTV, widok z okna głównie na sąsiednie bloki, pilot do bramy uzyskuje się dopiero z kluczykami do apartamentu (zasięg pilota pozwala otworzyć szlaban z tarasu), brak elastyczności co do godzin przybycia/wyjazdu

Ok, aber nicht für den Preis
Ein neues Gebäude mit Parkplätzen auf dem Gelände.
Leider hat einiges in der Küche gefehlt. Löffel und scharfe Messer gab es nicht. Der Toaster war defekt. Die Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht und die Fernseher waren so alt, dass Streamen nicht möglich war. Der Müllraum lässt sich ohne Schlüssel nicht öffnen, was beim Auschecken genervt hat. Das selbe gilt auch für die Schranke.
