Ruhig gelegen
Durch die falsche Konstruktion hinsichtlich des Regenwassersablauf , war der Balkon vom Wasser stetig an einer großen Fläche immer nass , es hat immer runter gespritzt .

(+) świetna lokalizacja (blisko morza, przy promenadzie, cicha okolica, świetna baza wypadowa dla rowerzystów) (+) wygodny, zadbany, nowoczesny apartament z pokojem z aneksem, sypialnia oraz 2 obszernymi tarasami
(-) brak parkingu. Ważny czynnik, bowiem ceny parkingów w Świnoujściu delikatnie mówiąc są zabójcze.

Obsługa jak i sam apartament rewelacja. Czyściutko , na wyposażeniu wszystko co niezbędne . Panie z recepcji złote kobiety😍 Przenosiliśmy się z innego apartamentu innej firmy w tym samym budynku , Panie były tak uprzejme że pozwoliły nam wcześniej wejść . Ekipa sprzątająca rewelacja wszystko na błysk mimo że zamiast o 16:00 wpadliśmy z rzeczami o 11:00🫣❤️ bardzo polecam

Gute Lage
zu wenig Mobiliar; die angepriesene Dachterrasse ist weitgehend nutzlos, da dort überhaupt nichts steht, keine Stühle, keine Auflagen etc. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung eher dürftig. Hinzu kommt teils mangelnde Sauberkeit und stark riechende Abflüsse. Insgesamt war es daher deutlich überteuert und für den gezahlten Preis nicht zu empfehlen.
