Die schöne Aussicht, die ruhige Lage, der schöne Sitzplatz,
Leider wurden die Fenster seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr geputzt.

We thought it was really nice apartment with nice sized kitchen, amazing views of the harbour, great location close to the town.
Having 7A on the door would be helpful, as we weren't sure which flat was ours or 7B.
The bathroom upstairs wasn't well set up for shaving (eg shaving mirror), and we managed to miss where the recycling was until we were leaving sadly..
