Cosy. Excellent position for exploring Falmouth. Great view from cottage. Big enough for four people.
The seating was uncomfortable.
The kitchen work surface was sticky.
This is the only cottage we’ve stayed in that didn’t provide a welcome box.

Location was fabulous. You look out of the main bedroom window straight on to the estuary. The main high street is 5 minutes walk, and there is a pub/restaurant straight across the road. Wasn't noisy. It all faces in the other direction.
Nothing to criticize. One suggestion would be getting an anti-slip bath mat for the bath. The shower is part of the bath.

How central it was and a wonderful view from the cottage and right next door to the Boathouse which served great food.
It was very basic , the two single beds were very uncomfortable and we had poor sleep because of that.
Also the courtyard was untidy and we couldn’t use it as one chair didn’t have a seat . The interior front door jammed and we couldn’t get out so my husband had to go through the fire exit to get back to the front to open from the outside.
