Private Garden, Patio & Parking Near Falmouth Town

Property was clean and welcoming, Instructions for entry were clear. Off road, private parking was a major benefit and the secure outdoor area was perfect for our little ones to run around and let off steam. Fresh, fluffy towels provided and the washer/dryer came in handy. We stayed here only as a base for a wedding that we attended locally, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area for a holiday as it appears to be close proximity to everything

The en suite did have a slightly damp smell due to not having its own windows. This didn’t put us off though, we just ensured the door remained closed when not in use. Only other minor inconvenience was that we could only find 3 bowls, and being a family of 4 one of us had to wait for another to finish.

Very Good accommodation with excellent communication from the owner

Firstly, There is a sign on the gate indicating parking for the apartment only beyond the gate however one night somebody else parked in the parking area and stood outside the property talking on their phone and could see directly into the lounge area, fortunately for them I wasn't naked! Secondly, The bed was on a raised platform of about 2 inches which was dangerous in the night! My wife got up to go to the toilet and stumbled down the step that was very close to the bed and hurt her replacement knee! I do think this platform should be modified to prevent such accidents

Good facilities, I like having a separate lounge and kitchen, plus there are two toilets. Also the kitchen is nice and airy, with a small out house complete with a table. I love having a the small private garden and the parking area, as we are usually moving our daughter to different accommodation, so often have a trailer with us.

The ceilings are very low in places, particularly the bathroom shower, I’m ok but my partner is 6 foot 7.

The property was decent enough, had everyone we need and very good location. It has the possibility to be a great stay depending on who is staying in the house above you which is also owned by Oasis.

The biggest problem is the parking. I was blocked in by people from Oasis house on 3 occasions , despite the signage. I had to keep asking them to move their cars and not to block me in The noise from the house above is ridiculous, you can hear every single movement which might be okay most of the time but during our stay they were running around and moving furniture in the middle of the night. The ceilings are very low, which is fine but there are also some little steps which are trip hazards. As stated above, the property has the ability to be a decent stay but it is all dependent on who is above you
