The apartment was large enough for 4 adults to feel comfortable. Both bedrooms were sufficient size and beds were comfy. Added bonus of washing machine and separate bathtub. Having two toilets was great too for the longer stay. The location was excellent as we could walk everywhere.
Only a minor comment. Although it offered a balcony it was small and overlooked a building wall so we didn't use it.

No parking. Parking on street at metered bays, although free from 6pm to 8.30am

Whilst we were not enamoured with the location, it was great for walking to the main shopping area with everything available (clothes, food, groceries, cafes etc). We could also walk down to the wharf with a number of seafood restaurants. Also walking distance to museum and tourist office (great for booking tours).
Our main gripe was the balcony. We never went out on it. It looked out onto graffiti walls, dirty buildings and car park. To place the rubbish into the bin, one of us had to "steadily" descend the steps at the back.
