Noise from floor above our only concern. The noise was only occasional heavy footsteps but if the residents above had been excessive (ie loud voices or music ) it would have been a real problem.

The location was in easy walking distance to everything.

Fantastic central location. Could stagger easily to all the fun of Dark Mofo. Apartment is modern and clean. The heated flooring in the bathroom is a luxury not many would have.

We only had one swipe key making it difficult to navigate staying here if you are in a group that is not a family. We asked the accomodation if a second swipe was available and did not get a response on this till two days after we had left. Once we were checked in the communication form them died but was very good prior. The walls and roof lining seem to be very thin. We could way too easily hear our apartment neighbours (above & beside) making it hard at times to sleep or enjoy just being in the apartment. There is no coffee option in the apartment most accomodation of the pricing level would have a Nespresso machine or equivalent. There is no heating/air con or windows in the bedrooms & the second bedroom had no bedside tables. The bedside lighting is non-existent (dark bed hunt times) There are two bathrooms but the second bathroom only had a bath in it making using the shower a rotation rather then each room having the feeling of being like an ensuite. If the bath had a shower head over it and some form of retractable screen it would have made both bathrooms usable. With the pricing in line with staying in a king bed hotel room nightly per room it just does not quite match a hotel stay for privacy and bathroom amenity. Parking to check in was difficult with only street parking available out front if you are lucky (and costs $5 per hour) there is no pull in area. The apartment entry had letters in the doorway on the ground for a couple of days which does not make for a warm entry to what is accomodation priced at 4-4.5 star hotel level. Parking in the nearby Vodafone parking lot is expensive at $33 a day (weekdays) $12 (weekends). The accomodation should consider partnering with the parking lot for reduced corporate rates that guests could use. In saying this if your plan is to trip around Hobart centre everything is essentially in staggering distance so ditch the car if you can.
