location, the bedding configuration was excellent, very comfortable townhouse with everything we needed

Very clear instructions for both check-in and check out. As four women travelling for work this was a very conveniently located property and suited our needs.
One of the bedrooms could have been cleaner with vaccuming and some light bulbs needed replacing. The front door was a little tricky to open for people with fine motor difficulties. There are quite a few stairs which was not a problem for us, but may be an important accessibility consideration for others.

Easy to follow instructions.
The front door is very difficult to open / close and quite flimsy
The mail box is broken as well, the front of it has broken off
The floors were very dirty , carpet dirty and couches are very dirty
