Great location. 10 minute walk into the city, 15 mins to Salamanca Place and the waterfront. Good cooking facilities (although it needs an oven glove), very comfortable beds and seating. WiFi was fast. The TV is huge with recliner chairs to watch it (when it is working).
The lock box for the key is difficult to use as it is in a dark mailbox and the numbers are positioned sideways, not up and down and it took me ages to work out what numbers I was seeing.
While we were able to get into the main garage, we initially had trouble getting access to the bottom basement where our car parking space was. Hint for others: The blue button on the remote allows access to the main garage and the red button on the remote allows access to the bottom basement.
The TV didn't work - it would appear that it wasn't tuned for some reason.
Contacting the managing agents by telephone was virtually impossible as the phone just kept ringing out. They were, however, generally responsive when emailed via the Booking.com site.
The house guide provides very little useful information. Other properties include links to user manuals and/or instructions for using appliances etc., which would be useful when problems arise after hours.

The apartment was lovely and clean and very central
The TV did not work on wifi as stated. Very difficult to get any of the apps to work at all and no TV channels were able to be seen.

Good location, clean apartment, great views, included parking
We wish we’d had kitchen towels for hand washing dishes. Garage is very tight so comfort with driving on the left is really helpful. House guide was just a list of items in apartment, not a guide.

It’s very convenient, well accessible to almost everything you need from grocery to shopping, and for a good run around the harbour
