Two bedrooms feature queen beds, built-in wardrobes, panel heaters, and mounted TVs. A modern bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, double-glazed windows for improved insulation, and a secure basement parking space enhance your comfort.

It’s only a 10-minute stroll down to the Derwent River where you can explore Constitution Dock, catch the ferry to Mona or discover the vibrant Salamanca precinct where you’ll find some of Hobart’s finest bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by a selection of parks and historical buildings, there are also a few places to check out close by like North Hobart’s trendy bar and restaurant scene which is within walking distance or jump in the car and it’s a short drive to Kunyani/Mount Wellington where you’ll get a taste of the wilderness and immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramas over the city, the Derwent River and beyond
