The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need and more - there was even a fresh loaf of bread and some complimentary items in the fridge waiting for me! Barry and Debbie are lovely hosts and super responsive. This stay exceeded my expectations - would definitely come again!

This was the best house I have ever stayed in for a vacation!

The hosts greeted us at the property when we arrived. When we entered the house we arrived to the smell of fresh baked bread by our host. The house was comfy and clean. The hosts even helped us out of a tight spot with our vehicle.

Spacious & Clean well appointed cabin with outdoor seating Fab shower Locker & quiet had a fab nights sleep Friendly hosts who made us a loaf of fresh bread on arrival which was a nice touch Excellent communication on our arrival day

We liked everything If we were asked what could have improved the property for us it would be : some screening outside or vertical blinds in the bedroom to provide some privacy whilst letting light

The Cabin is a home away from home. It has comfort, location and views as major box tickers as well as being set within an idyllic quiet spot. The hosts have thought of all the details including a wee home made loaf. I would definitely recommend this to compliment your stay on Skye.

Great cabin in idyllic place with very welcoming hosts!

Great cabin with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Very clean, cosy living room with a fireplace, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Debbie even baked homemade bread to welcome us. We would love to come back!

Perfect escape to experience the light of Skye.

A perfect warm & romantic cabin with a toasty log burner and views out to the inlet, watching the light changing on the sea and the wild landscape, backed by Macloud’s table mountains. Stunning surroundings, calm & peaceful. A great get away to escape and to visit the extraordinary nature of Skye.

The property was excellent and run by friendly hosts. Fabulous for our anniversary. The only thing I can mention here is that we missed not being able to walk to a local pub, had to go by car to get to a good place to eat. But the cabin was well equipped for cooking and very cosy to eat in, especially with the views.

Great Stay at The Cabin

The Cabin had everything we needed. Great facilities for self-catering, well equipped kitchen, large sitting space and dinning table, comfy large bed, excellent bathroom, wood burner is an excellent addition. All in The Cabin was in very good condition and loved all the canvases around the cabin. The hosts were really welcoming, providing a homemade yummy loaf of bread, milk and wine on arrival. Parking was excellent, very nice views, such a pleasure to have the morning coffee overseeing the bay and nearby mountains.

As a massive coffee drinker, I think a better option for coffee maker would be nice. Anyways, I brought my own coffee machine and pods, so that was not an issue. And heating being on a timer, at times was a bit chilli, but it wasn't a big issue. The wood burner was of good use.

The cabin had everything we needed and more, especially the log burning stove. As described, the cabin was sleek, comfortable and very welcoming. The hosts were lovely too.

Perfect for a modern, secluded holiday

The location is great, especially if you're not used to the tiny roads and driving on the left side. It's off of a main two-lane road, very easy to access but secluded enough that you really feel the atmosphere of Skye and not like a city holiday (Portree had the tourist vibe when we drove through). The Cabin is super clean and really modern, the pictures don't do the bathroom justice (hello rain shower and body jets) and the view is incredible. The hosts are really accommodating and on site for anything you need but definitely give you privacy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it has large spaces (big living room with open kitchen well equiped and the room is also spacious). The view of the loch and the terrace has been well appreciated! It was well located in a quiet area, not far away from Dunvegan Castle or the Neist Point Lightouse. I recommend at 100%!

A magnificent self catered lodge with a stunning view perfect for those wanting to explore the Isle of Skye.

The Cabin was in a great location to explore the Isle of Skye especially the northern part of the island. It is well equipped for all your self catering needs. The bathroom is clean and the shower is excellent and the bedroom is comfortable and has plenty of storage space. The living space is also very spacious and the view out of the sliding doors is fabulous. There is also outdoor seating for a sunny evening!

Beautiful property. We stayed over New Year. Really nice welcome from the owners on arrival who live on site. Exceptionally clean. Lovely and warm. Really well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. And some lovely small touches like a bottle of fizz and freshly made bread waiting for us on arrival. As well as a bucket of wood ready for the log burner. We will definitely be back.

De ruimte en luxe van the cabin. Een volledig ingerichte keuken. Een ruime woonkamer en een aparte slaapkamer.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien dan toch het grote, felle licht (liefst 6 gloeilampen) in de woonkamer. Het feit dat the cabin op hetzelfde (open) terrein staat als waar de eigenaar/host woont, geeft net niet het privé gevoel.

Geweldige ruime cabin. Aparte woon/eetkamer en slaapkamer. Alles superschoon! Grandioos uitzicht. Je kunt er bij goed weer buiten zitten en genieten van de omgeving. Zeer vriedelijke hosts. Er lag zelf eigengebakken brood en een flesje wijn voor ons klaar. Heerlijke ruime badkamer met superdouche!! Beste accomodatie van onze vkantie.

Perfekt.

Die Einrichtung war schön und sehr bequem. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war alles perfekt sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und es gab ein sehr leckeres selbstgemachtes Brot zum Einstand. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen.
