The space
Welcome to our charming cottage in historic Stein village
Nestled in this picturesque 200-year-old village designed by Thomas Telford, our cottage offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and Highland adventure. You’re just steps from the oldest pub on Skye, the Stein Inn, and the award-winning Lochbay Restaurant.
The Space
Ground Floor:
A beautifully appointed open-plan living area forms the heart of the cottage, featuring a wood-burning stove, smart TV, and a selection of games and books. The flagstone floor with underfloor heating will keep you toasty! The well-equipped kitchen boasts a 6-hob range oven, Nespresso machine, American fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and Roberts radio. There’s a dedicated dining area, study nook, and even a bar complete with wine fridge.
The ground floor also includes a cosy guest bedroom with a king bed (can be split into twins) and a separate modern shower room.
First Floor:
The master bedroom offers a superking bed (can be split in to twins) stunning views and features an en-suite with both bath and shower. A second twin bedroom shares access to a convenient WC.
Outside:
The large, front garden provides direct shore access and breath taking coastal views, while the private, secure back garden is perfect for relaxing or letting dogs roam safely. BBQ equipment available, plus cot and high chair on request.
Guest access
A code will be provided to our lock box prior to arrival.
