The property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised and provided everything needed. The neighborhood was safe and the location on the lake is great. We absolutely loved it and it accommodated lots of kids ranging 10 YO to a baby and it worked great. The dock was safe and well lit at night. The only con I had was the communication. I had had trouble reaching out for an early check in and the door code not working without any helpful response. At that point, I didn’t even try to reach out for the WiFi password that was incorrect both in the check in instructions and the book at the house. But overall, 10/10 and hopefully will be returning every summer we can!

My family of 5 really enjoyed the Lake Brownwood house! House is awesome!! There are great views of the lake with lots of seating outside to enjoy the breezes. We had breakfast on the patios near the water every day! Great location on the lake too - easy access for all your boating/fishing! And the boat house with lift is a real bonus too!! We especially enjoyed swimming/hanging out in the water around the boat house! Lots of room inside too with everything we needed! We look forward to another trip Many thanks!!
