About this house rental
The Water's Edge Lake Coleman Lake House is nestled alongside the quiet country lake in a huge no wake cove area. The "No Wake" cove offers deep water access to a freshly built fully covered private boat dock and large boat slip. Kayak, swim, tube, fish and mainly relax out in the large and peaceful cove. Head out from the cove onto the main lake to enjoy quality surfing, skiing, wakeboarding or fishing with quiet open water and beautiful hill country views. The free public boat ramp is just around the corner to launch.
The lake home boasts plenty of room for family and friends sleeping 12 comfortably. The house is well appointed with most everything you will need minus your groceries. Smart TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom along with a TV and game console in the loft allow quality downtime. High speed internet works great to run your tablets and check on work if you must. Water's Edge has plenty of parking out front with ample space for your boat/toy trailers as well. Covered parking is close to the house to keep vehicles cool in the summer. The large, fenced backyard has plenty of room for yard games, gathering around the fire pit for s'more roasting (wood provided), or letting your four-legged buddy fetch (please inform us and select pets when booking). The yard is very gradual and close to the lake water's edge and dock walkway. Back up at the house hang out and enjoy the lake view on the lower covered patio area which is cooled by fans. BBQ your favorite on the XL gas grill watching the sunset over the water while enjoying the comfy outdoor sofa and rocking chairs. The patio is wonderful for that morning coffee and enjoying the quiet of the lake. The upper covered patio seating area also offers a comfy sofa and chairs for an even better lake view. The loft patio is accessed by the loft room and a stairway leads into the backyard towards the lake. Either patio offers peaceful lake relaxation! The property is wonderful, roomy, well kept and upgraded. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars overall, was due to the ease of access to the boat/dock area if you have mild mobility issues. There is a slope in the backyard that is a bit difficult to climb back up, so take your cane. Same with the lower toilets, difficult to get up from with bad knees/hips. Outside of that, very nice and comfortable place. The king in the master is very comfortable. Patrick was very easy to contact and communicate with, appreciated his assistance in everything!
