The area was laid out south of downtown and became Abilene’s most elegant address during the boom years of the 1920s. Today it’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Mature shade trees line the streets, and grand old homes, Craftsman bungalows, and charming revival-style houses stand on every block. Many were built by the families who helped shape the city.
It’s a quiet residential street that’s perfect for an evening walk, a front-porch coffee, or a bike ride past a century of Texas history. Even so, you’re just minutes from everything. Downtown Abilene’s restaurants, the Paramount Theatre, the Grace Museum, Frontier Texas!, and the Storybook Garden are a quick drive north. McMurry University is just down the road, and Hardin-Simmons, Abilene Christian, and the Abilene Zoo are all close by.

• We ask that you cover the cost of any damage your pet causes (charged to the card on file)
• Barking that disturbs the neighbors may lead to extra fees or an early checkout, so please help us keep the peace

We ask that you clean up after your pet promptly — both indoors and in the yard — throughout your stay. Please do one final check before you check out: any pet waste left in the yard, on patios, or anywhere on the property will result in a significant additional cleaning fee charged to the card on file, so we really appreciate a thorough sweep before you go.

We're not able to accommodate cats or exotic pets at this property — if one is brought without approval, it will result in a substantial fee in addition to any repair and cleaning costs. Small dogs can be requested and approved case-by-case before check-in, but unfortunately, we can't approve dogs over 100 lbs (this includes Emotional Support Animals).
