A very nice place to stay. We visited our HSU granddaughter due to a special event. Three generations of our family stayed here. It provided a homey comfortable environment for us to spend time together. The ladies loved the décor and used the word “cute.” We will definitely look for this place if we come back in the future.

The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The house was much larger than we could have even imagined! Each bedroom was roomy. Common areas were also perfectly comfortable for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook for my family while staying in Abilene for an entire week (pots, pans, Pyrex baking dishes, mixing bowl, measuring cups, pot holders and oven mits, crock pot, plenty of utensils and dishes, etc. etc.). If we ever have a reason to be back in Abilene, I would stay here again. And if you have never been to Abilene (it was our first time), we found the town to be friendly, charming and fun! We may have to go back just to experience the things that we didn't have time for during this trip (we were there for 11 days)!

Definitely not up to the cleanliness I expected from previous reviews. The washer and dryer were full of towels from previous guests some wet and dirty. The floors had not been cleaned at all since the previous renters. There was not a stock of toilet paper in the house. I would not stay there again.
