ARRIVING: Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code. Next, press the unlock/lock icon button and the door will unlock.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.
PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway, garage, and in the street.
GARAGE: Guests will have access to the garage. Guests will need to return the garage door opener to the shelf next to the electrical box in the garage, take a picture, and send it to us in a message. There will be a $150 replacement charge if the garage door opener is not returned.
LOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Guests will be allowed to use the fireplace inside and the grill outside. Please use these amenities and the property at your own risk, the Host and Home Owner are not liable for any injuries that may incur while staying at the property.
SLEEPING: There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has one queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has has a twin xl bed and a twin xl bunk bed. There is a pullout couch for two people in the living room
TV: The living room has a Roku TV. There are also Roku TVs in the master bedroom and second bedroom. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, YouTube TV, Prime Video, and others. Please remember to sign out of your accounts before Checking out to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.
SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
PETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal. Please note that extra or larger pets would be up to our discretion and that if approved, additional charges would apply.
EVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people). Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property (15 people). Parties will incur a $250 fee. (Communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms.) Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.
CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. The cost will be $170 for the cleanings. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE NOTICE: We strive to maintain our property in excellent condition for your comfort and convenience. Occasionally, cleaning/maintenance may be required during your stay. We will make every effort to inform you in advance of any scheduled cleaning/maintenance. However, it is not always necessary for guests to be present on the property during these times. Our cleaners/maintenance crews have their own access codes and can perform their duties independently (unless maintenance requires the guest to be present to troubleshoot issues). To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that guests do not interfere with cleaning/maintenance jobs. Interference may be that a guest requests to be onsite before a job begins (which can cause delays) or a guest does not appear on time when requested by maintenance to help troubleshoot. It is fine if the guest is onsite, but if cleaning/maintenance personnel are delayed or rescheduled due to a guest's interference, any additional charges incurred will be forwarded to the guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.
