Welcome to our vacation rental in Duhnen!

This one-room apartment is ideal for two people. It is located on the 1st floor at the front of the small vacation complex. The sea is just a few steps away, as the complex is situated right behind the dike in a quiet area. A parking space in the underground garage is available.
A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and DAB+ radio with CD player, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity are standard features, as are a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchenette, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The sleeping area was completely renovated for the 2025 season. The bathroom was fitted with a new instant water heater and a heated towel rack. The shower was renovated.



The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a low-traffic street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
