Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a low-traffic street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)
