The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They offer a complimentary happy hour with free beer and wine from 9–10 PM, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged an early breakfast for me before my flight, promptly provided the air-conditioning remote when I needed it, and even kept me great company during happy hour, making the experience feel warm and personal. I would happily stay here again.
