It is one of the few buildings to have survived the great city fires of 1632 and 1945. In 1967 and 2017, it was lovingly restored and renovated, furnished in a modern style to the highest standards. It is ideally situated on the edge of the forest, ensuring you’ll have everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The surrounding meadows and the small lake complete the idyllic panorama. The impressive 450 square meters of living space is divided into two residential units within the same building, offering 220 square meters and 230 square meters of living space, respectively. Both units feature separate entrances on different levels and sides of the manor house, as well as their own outdoor areas. The bedrooms in detail: On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a pull-out sofa that converts to a double bed. The two share a bathroom, with direct access from both the right and left sides. The spacious spiral staircase leads to the second floor, which features three very spacious bedrooms, a living room, a laundry room, and a large bathroom with a toilet (and underfloor heating). There is a terrace with a grill, as well as a garage with a ping-pong table for recreational activities. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped.
