The owner Joachim and his family is super nice and friendly. Upon arrival, Joachim immediately gave us a comprehensive introduction of the Black Forest area and his neighborhood. The family-run farm is lovely with everything we can look for: a play area with trampoline, a small farm house with goats and rabbits, big grassland for kids to run around as well as enough space to chill out. The breakfast was another highlight. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect located in the heart of the Black Forest, Blumbauernhof is run by the most friendly family I’ve met in this business, they gave us all the attention they could from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the property, including nice conversations and tips during the times we had delicious breakfast. The atmosphere is fantastic, a farm house ran by generations but at the same time modern and cosy.
