About this house rental

This holiday house has two apartments. The house is separately situated on a large property at the end of a quiet valley, the Gunzenbachtal, only 2km from the center of the pitoresque town of Baden-Baden. From the house you have a beautiful view on the mountains of the Black Forest. It takes you only a few minutes to the nearby forest from where you can hike on numerous walks. On the other side you will be by car in less than 10 minutes in the centre of town.
Both apartments are120 m2 and have a roomy entrance room (wardrobe) and a large living room. There are three bedrooms. One single bedroom and two double bedrooms. The kitchen is complete equipped with microwave, dish-washer, electric stove and oven etc. The bathroom has a bath and shower. In the basement you find a washing machine and drier. It exists satellite TV and stereo with CD- and DVD-player. Free internet (wireless) is available.

Suitable for handicapped people: The apartment on the base floor is also suitable for handicapped people. A private way enables you to drive by car in front of the terrace from where you can enter the house without steps and sills.

Pats/Dogs: Dogs or other pats are possibly welcome if agreed. The supplementary charge is € 4,-- per animal and night.

A well located house on the outskirts of Baden Baden. This house allowed us (8 adults) to walk in to the centre in 20mins. The facilities were good and made breakfast easy, with the sleeping arrangementssuiting us perfectly. A clean and tidy house and very good value for what you get (and for what you are close to).

We had a great stay at this vrbo! It was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The location was beautiful and the privacy exactly what we wanted. The only thing we would have liked is if the wifi reached further in the house. It is also a relatively long walk to the town but it worked for us. Thanks for everything!

If you are looking for a beautiful and spacious (we rented both floors) house that is a little bit out in the country / mountains but with easy access to Baden-Baden then this is the place for you! My family of 7 people was very comfortable staying here. We could walk out the front door to hiking trails or into Baden-Baden. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at the Haus Guzenbach in mid May and it was the last stop in our 5 week journey of Europe. What a way to finish our holiday! We booked apartment 2 (upstairs) and the apartment is lovely - the care and attention that has gone into creating a comfortable, light, airy and spacious apartment is apparent and successful. We couldn't get enough of the view from any room - the house is almost the last in the street and you have an uninterrupted view of the Black Forest in all its glory! There are hundreds of kms of walking tracks to choose from just up the road, or you can walk down the hill to the Lichtentaler Allee, which is about 20mins away on foot. Overall, a great stay in a fantastic apartment - thank you for allowing us to end our holiday so happily!

Sehr komfortables, bestens ausgestattetes und geräumiges Haus mit 2 Wohnungen für 2 Familien. Ruhig und sonnig, ausgezeichnet geeignet mit Kindern. Wir waren rundum voll zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

Wir haben mit 13 Personen ein sehr schönes WE verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Quasi um's Eck befindet sich der Wald und man kann zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden und z.B. zum Geroldsauer Wasserfall wandern. Ein Hinweis: Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck, dass das Haus allein steht und eher abgelegen ist, man ist aber quasi Haus an Haus mitten in einem Wohngebiet, denke ein wichtiger Punkt, wenn man als Gruppe unterwegs ist.

Das Objekt liegt hervorragend...direkt am Rand des Waldes und nach Baden-Baden ist es ein kurzer Weg von ca. 20-30 Minuten. Es ist extrem ruhig, weil es am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und bieten sehr viel Platz. Die obere Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat ein sehr schönes und großes Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern. Die untere Wohnung ist im Sommer schön kühl. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr wohl, weil es sich fast schon so anfühlt, als ob die Besitzer im Urlaub wären und man in der Zeit das Haus bewohnen darf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die untere Wohnung ist eher altmodisch eingerichtet, aber mit Stil - vintage. Die obere Wohnung ist ein Traum. Im Sommer könnte es allerdings sehr warm sein. Die Küchen sind beide überreich ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad (mit Handtüchern, Duschgel etc.) Die Kommunikation und Übergabe lief einwandfrei. Die Umgebung mit der Pferdekoppel, Wald & nahliegendem Park sind wunderschön. Ich kann die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen. :)

Nicht mal 25 min braucht man zu Fuß um in die Innenstadt Baden- Baden zu kommen. Trotz dieser Innenstadtnähe hat man vollkommene Ruhe. Die Kinder können ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen um das Haus toben und mit den Hunden ist man in 10 Sekunden im Wald. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gemütlich, bietet für jung und alt alle Möglichkeiten. So eine Wohnung macht einfach Freude. Danke!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Erwachsene und hatten genug Platz. Die obere Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, bei der unteren Wohnung ist die Einrichtung schon älter. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und höflich. Der Garten ist sehr groß und Ideal um Kinder spielen zu lassen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf die Umgebung, schöne große Küche mit vollständiger Ausstattung, großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa, großem Fernseher und umfangreicher DVD-Sammlung. Besonders genossen wurde die große Badewanne. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Einziger Minuspunkt war der WLAN-Empfang, das Signal kam in der oberen Wohnung leider nicht gut an. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Baden-Baden trotz Regen und Kälte. Dafür waren wir umso mehr im Haus und haben das grosse Wohnzimmer und die tolle Küche genutzt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Es war tiptop sauber. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die Nähe zum Wald und zur Stadt - es konnte alles fussläufig erreicht werden (man muss etwas sportlich sein, wenn es wieder bergauf geht :-)). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (man kann super schlafen) und wir haben sogar 3 Rehe direkt vor dem Haus beobachtet. Kleine Punkte zur Verbesserung: - ggf Rollos hochmachen und kurz lüften; die Luft war sehr schlecht und es war ziemlich dunkel als wir angekommen sind - Betten beziehen; es war etwas umständlich, dass wir nach einer langen, späten Anreise noch die Betten beziehen mussten Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt super und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Wir waren mit 12 Personen zum Arbeiten dort. Das Internet hat ab und an nicht so gewollt wie wir aber das Arbeiten war trotzdem möglich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alle Beteiligten waren sehr nett! Die Landschaft ums Haus herum ist ebenfalls sehr schön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt :)

Lage und Ausstattung sind perfekt für ein Familienwochenende

Die Buchungsabwicklung und Kommunikation mit Frau Sprissler war bestens und immer zeitnah. Frau Sprissler ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auf unsere Zusatzwünsche eingegangen (Wir benötigten kurzfristig noch ein weiteres Zustellbett). Die Küchen sind mehr als gut ausgestattet und auch eine große Gruppe (14 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) können gut versorgt werden. Die beiden Wohnungen sind stilistisch sehr unterschiedlich und jede hat ihren Charme. Man hat das Gefühl zuhause zu wohnen und nicht in einem Ferienobjekt. Für unser alljährliches Familientreffen ein idealer Platz, da wir so ungezwungen in keinem Hotel zusammenkommen können. Das Haus war sehr sauber und warm. Die Umgebung hat sicher noch mehr zu bieten, was wir allerdings wetterbedingt nicht versucht haben. Ein schöner Waldspazierung in der Regenpause und die Atmosphäre des Hauses, sowie die vorhandenen Spiele machten unser Wochenende für Jung und Alt zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemeinsam verbrachter Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
